Great vegetarian spot with a good variety of menu items. We tried a stir fry, soup noodles and their dumplings. Everything was clean and delicious. We'll be back!

Really good place serving Asian cuisine with vegan options. The place is not too big and had made a reservation. Clean and tidy restaurant with quick and good service. Would definitely recommend this place!

Google search and found this place today fasting on Good Friday. There weren't many vegetarian restaurants in York region but how lucky I found this place. Vege Delight is inside Metro square which I haven't been to this mall for 10+ years. Love the flower shops and Ginseng shops. Ordered a few dishes and they were all delicious and cooked to perfection. I still can't believe how vegetarian dishes can be so flavorful. Slightly pricey, excellent quality, quiet, cozy and clean. A must visit for vegetarian or non-vegetarian and I will absolutely return to try new dishes

Let me begin by saying I am NOT a vegetarian. I love my meats and can't live without it. This night however, I went to support the vegetarian members of my family and let me tell you, I did not regret it one bit. I was constantly amazed at the creativeness of their dishes and how food can taste so amazing even without any use of meat. Everything we had tasted great and I would definitely come back here again whenever they want me to come with them.

The vegetarian versions of lamb skewers and lion head meatballs are actually better than what I've had at non-vegetarian restaurants in the GTA. I've never been so impressed by a restaurant, and those skewers were practically a religious experience. Highly highly recommend, everything on the menu is a certified banger 10/10

Been here a couple of times (more frequent at the downtown location for sure). A place you would feel proud being a vegetarian as it opens your world to possibilities. This was honestly the best vegetarian food with consistently tasty dishes every time and any location, including service. Highly recommend the Assorted Vegetables on Crispy Rice - sizzling when they mix the gravy on the rice. Also love the eggplant dish and the way how they made the eggplants. Not the cheapest but worth a try for sure - bring your non veggie friends to showcase what vegetarian life is all about!

2025 May 4 A hidden gem for vegetarians. This is one of two locations. They occupy 3 units and for good reasons. The food is unique and not your traditional style vegetarian. The origin of Vege Delight Restaurant began with a group of friends with same interest who love vegetarian food and pursue healthy nutrition. After nearly a year, and careful consideration, a lot of work has been done on these dishes. Each dish has been carefully selected, prepared, and strived for excellence; striving to be in line with health, nutrition, and being environmentally friendly. H3 香橙善丝 Shiitake Mushroom with Orange Shreds $17.98 Crispy and deep with flavors. Very good. Would recommend. H16 四喜丸子 Sixi Veggie Ball $19.45 Sweet & Savory braised veggie ball in brown sauce. Honestly one of the best items here. The texture is almost like meat itself. With water chestnuts, carrots, mushrooms and other ingredients. Would recommend. S1 波罗蜜野生菌汤锅 House Special Soup Pot $24.98 Was good. Hot pot as expected but vegetarian. A5 孜然烤串 BBQ Lions' Mane Mushroom Skewers (4 pcs) $14.99 Cumin flavored skewers that is supposed to be like lamb. Texture and taste was very good. Would recommend. CP1 卤味拼盘 Marinated Assorted Platter $12.98 A cold platter with an assortment of unique vegetarian items. Not bad. Not your usual assorted gluten platter and worth trying out. CP2 皮蛋豆腐 Chilled Tofu with Century Egg $12.98 A simple dish as stated, but their sauces are great. R2 野生菌菇粥 Wild Mushroom Congee $16.98 A unique and mildy sweet porridge with a melody of mushrooms. Pretty good. R1 鸡油菌炒饭 Chanterelle Fried Rice $17.98 A flavorful fried rice with the Wok氣. Pretty good. H10 小炒牛肝菌 Sautéed Bolete Mushroom $19.45 Super flavorful with a good unami flavor from the hot peppers, black beans and mushrooms. Would recommend. Limited seating. Would suggest you call and book on the weekends. Certainly not cheap, but definitely worth going at least once.

Absolutely the best Chinese vegetarian restaurant I've had in Toronto — it's now my favorite spot. After my first visit, I went back three more times within a week! I tried different dishes each time, and everything was consistently delicious. The tea is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is calm and clean with beautifully presented dishes and tidy tables. I highly recommend this place to everyone, whether you're vegetarian or not. Some standout dishes: Mapo Tofu and Mixed Stir-Fried Mushrooms — spicy and flavorful with a bold mala kick. Mixed Veggie with Crispy Rice — super unique, with a crunchy yet moist texture from the sauce. Taro Spring Rolls — a must-try. Dumplings — unlike anywhere else, where you can really taste the freshness of ingredients like carrots and green beans.
